Cranberry Orange Relish

Recipe:

2 - 12 oz. Packages of Fresh Cranberries

1 Naval Orange

1 C. Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1C. Chapped Pecans

  1. Rinse cranberries. Discard soft or bruised berries. Using a grinder attachment for an electric standing mixer, grind cranberries.

  2. Cut whole orange in in quarters then quarter again. Then grind each piece of the orange, rind included.

  3. Add sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans to berry and orange mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.

    Pairs well as a side dish for your holiday meal or with pork for a great Sunday night dinner.
