Pumpkin Martini

Recipe:

1/2 C. Pureed Pumpkin

1/2 C. Half and Half

5 Ounces Cinnamon Vanilla Liqueur - divided use

1.25 Ounces Vanilla Rum Liqueur

2 T. Sugar

1/8 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add pumpkin puree, half and half, 2.5 ounces Cinnamon Vanilla Liqueur, and the Vanilla Rum Liqueur. Shake vigorously.

  2. If serving immediately, add ice to mixture and let set for 5 minutes then shake again. If not serving immediately, refrigerate for 1/2 hour up to an hour.

  3. In low bowl that fits the circumference of your martini glass, mix together the sugar and pumpkin pie spice. In another low bowl that also fits the circumference of your martini glass, pour the remaining 2.5 ounces of Cinnamon Vanilla Liqueur. Take each martini glass and swirl rim in vanilla liqueur then swirl in the sugar mixture.

  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into each glass. This recipe makes 3-6oz. martinis. Recipe can be multiplied for group parties. Tip- If multiplying the recipe, I mix in a pitcher using a whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Serve cold.

Serve as a “Welcome Cocktail” or it makes a great after dinner cocktail. Tip- I use Chila Cinnamon Cream Liqueur and Amarula Vanilla Spice Rum. Both add a creamy goodness.
